Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after your order ships, though carrier delays can happen during holidays and peak periods. These are estimates, not guarantees.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may take several weeks to come back.

If your order does not arrive

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you never received it, email contact@syriusskin.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We will open a carrier investigation and either reship or refund.
