Where do you ship ?

How long does delivery take ?

What's your return policy ?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn't right for you, email us at contact@syriusskin.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. No need to send anything back.

Are your products natural or organic ?

All Syrius products are COSMOS Natural or COSMOS Organic certified. These are independent EU certifications that guarantee the integrity of every ingredient. No greenwashing.

Why are products limited to 2,000 units per month ?

Our formulas are produced in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. We cap production at 2,000 units per product each month. Once they're gone, they're gone until the next run.

Where are your products made ?

Our products are formulated and manufactured in the EU under COSMOS certification standards, then shipped from our US warehouse for faster domestic delivery.
